The H&W Global Dermatology CME Conference (“H&W”) imposes a 50% fee for written cancellation (submitted via email to [email protected]) of registration made on/before August 22, 2025. There will be no refunds provided by H&W on/after August 23, 2025, including no-show at the Conference. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of written cancellation. Please be aware that H&W is not responsible for individual reservations within the H&W room block at The Sanctuary and registrants must contact the hotel directly to cancel any room reservations.
